Students and families choose Visions for their education because we recruit and retain highly qualified Credentialed Teachers. We actively seek teachers who are committed to serving students and families with unique and diverse backgrounds in a personalized way.
We also have a highly qualified staff of Counselors and Administrators. They provide support for our teachers and, most importantly, our students and families.
Our teachers work with the same students and families over multiple years. Our teachers connect with their families, see student progression over years, and get to tailor curriculum and teaching style to each student. We provide our teachers with a MacBook and the latest technology tools to enable them to focus on student success.

Vacation and holiday pay provided to office support staff. All support staff positions work in our Sacramento area office in Carmichael. Note: we will be moving to Gold River in mid-2025.
