We also have a highly qualified staff of Counselors and Administrators. They provide support for our teachers and, most importantly, our students and families.
Our teachers work with the same students and families over multiple years. Our teachers connect with their families, see student progression over years, and get to tailor curriculum and teaching style to each student. We provide our teachers with a MacBook and the latest technology tools to enable them to focus on student success.

We leverage and build technology to help teachers and staff. All staff are supported by our proprietary administrative software called the LPAD Student Support System™ to make it easier for you to focus on instruction and our students.
