Each year, Visions holds a spelling bee for home school students in grades 2 through 8. This is a great opportunity for students to hone their spelling skills and practice their public speaking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Congratulations to this year\u2019s winner, 6th grader Audrey L.!<\/strong> She powered through 26 rounds of words and was crowned number one. Fun fact: Audrey won third place in last year\u2019s spelling bee. We\u2019re so proud of her progress!<\/span><\/p>\n

Next she will move on to the California Central Valley Spelling Bee\u2019s written test. The 50-60 best spellers that complete the test will be invited to the regional oral competition for a chance to secure a place in the final <\/span>Scripps National Spelling Bee<\/span><\/a> held in Maryland. <\/span><\/p>\n
